Workflow Charts and Work Calendar

The processes of our quality assurance system are run with a process-based approach within the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. The purpose, scope, responsible persons, workflows and management structures of the processes are defined in writing.

The process activities of the year are planned with the Process Activity Plan, and their completion is recorded with the Process Activity Monitoring Form. These documents, prepared by the Unit Quality Commission, were found compliant with the quality management system in the internal audits of the Quality Management Coordinatorship of our University.
